- Attend Transfer Appointment: Buyer and seller (or authorized representatives) must be present at the Land Department.
- Submit Application: Submit the deed transfer application with supporting documents and fees.
- Receive Title Deed: The buyer receives an official title deed in their name within the same day or a few days.
