1. Access Your Booking
- Visit the Manage Booking page.
- Enter your booking reference and lead passenger’s last name.
- Confirm authorization if you’re updating on behalf of others.
2. What You Can Change
- ๐ง Add or remove passengers
- ๐ Change travel dates or flights
- ๐งณ Add extras: baggage, meals, seat selection
- ๐ Upgrade to Business Class
- ❌ Cancel your booking
All options appear in Manage Booking once your PNR is accessed.
3. Fees & Fare Conditions
Change or cancellation fees depend on your fare type. Flex and Business fares allow free cancellations over 24 hours before departure. Other fares may incur charges. Final refunds may be issued as vouchers.
