Voluntary Cancellation: You're cancelling by choice. Involuntary Cancellation: Flight cancelled by airline. Schedule Change: Significant time changes by airline. Medical/Bereavement: Emergency situations with documentation. Service Failure: Issues with our service quality.
Which refund method should I choose?
Original Payment Method: Refund to your original card/account (most common). Bank Transfer: Direct to your bank account (requires additional details). Travel Voucher: Get 10% bonus value, valid for 12 months for future bookings.
What if I booked for multiple passengers?
Select the total number of passengers in the booking. If requesting refunds for only some passengers, specify this in the "Reason for Refund Request" field. Provide details for each passenger requiring a refund. But please note submitting multiple refund duplicate requests can delay processing.
Do I need to provide bank details?

When am I entitled to a full cash refund?
Full cash refunds are available for: Flight cancellations by NiCE Airlines, delays >5 hours, EU/UK flights under EC261/UK261 regulations, or within 24 hours of booking (US Department of Transportation rule). Flex and Business fares may also qualify.
What are the cancellation fees for different fare types?
Flex & Business: Free cancellation >24h before departure (voucher issued). Value fares: May incur $400 fee depending on route and timing. Lite fares: Generally non-refundable, only taxes refunded. Optional extras may be refundable >24h before flight.
Can I get a refund for additional services I purchased?
Yes! Select the additional services in the form: seat upgrades, extra baggage, meal upgrades, lounge access, priority boarding. These are often refundable >24 hours before departure, even on non-refundable tickets.
