Overview
Our loyalty program rewards you for travel and everyday purchases with points you can redeem for flights, upgrades, and experiences. This guide explains how to check your points balance, how tier status works and what benefits you unlock at each level, how to redeem points effectively, and how to link partner and credit-card earnings to your account.
Checking Your Balance
Your current points balance is visible through any of the following channels:
- Mobile App -Balance and recent activity are on the home screen after you sign in.
- Website -Log in to the loyalty portal to see balance, statement, and upcoming expiry dates.
- Monthly statement -Sent by email on the first of each month, showing earnings, redemptions, and expirations.
- Phone -Call our loyalty line during 24/7 operations to speak with a dedicated member services agent.
Tier Status and Benefits
Members progress through tiers based on eligible flight activity over a membership year. Typical tier benefits include:
- Priority check-in and boarding -Skip the regular lines at check-in and board earlier.
- Additional baggage allowance -Extra checked bags and higher weight limits per bag.
- Lounge access -Complimentary lounge entry before departure, for eligible members.
- Upgrade priority -Higher placement on the upgrade waitlist.
- Bonus earning -Bonus points on eligible flights, accelerating your progress toward the next tier.
Your progress toward the next tier is shown in your account, so you can plan ahead.
How to Redeem
Points can be redeemed for:
- Reward flights -Book a seat using points instead of cash, subject to award availability in your chosen cabin.
- Cabin upgrades -Upgrade to a higher cabin on a cash-paid ticket when upgrade inventory is released.
- Extra baggage, seat selection, and in-flight services -Top up on ancillary services using points.
- Partner redemptions -Redeem with hotel, car rental, and retail partners through the rewards store.
Earning and Linking
You can accelerate your balance by linking additional earning sources:
- Partner airlines -Credit eligible partner flights to your account by quoting your membership number at booking or check-in.
- Co-branded credit cards -Earn points on everyday spend. Some cards also offer tier-accelerator benefits.
- Retail, dining, and travel partners -Earn when shopping or booking through our partner network.
- Promotions -Look out for bonus-point campaigns through the app and email.

Q: How long are points valid?
Points typically remain valid as long as your account has qualifying activity within a rolling 24-month period. Check your statement for specific expiry dates.
Q: Can I pool points with my family?
Yes. Family pooling is available for nominated accounts, allowing eligible family members to combine balances toward shared rewards.
Q: Can I transfer points between members?
Limited transfers are supported subject to a small processing fee. Details and limits are published in the program terms.
Q: What happens if I miss claiming points on a past flight?
You can request a retro-claim for eligible flights within 12 months of travel. Submit your ticket number and boarding pass via the missing-points form.
