This reference article covers the printing, mail, and package services available to WeWork members.

Printing

Printers Available

Most WeWork locations have multifunction printers (print, scan, copy) in common areas on each floor. Locations are shown in the WeWork app under Amenities.

How to Print

  1. Connect to the WeWork Wi-Fi network.
  2. Install the WeWork print driver or use the web print portal — details are on a card posted near each printer.
  3. Send your document to print and collect using your access card or PIN at the printer panel.

Mail Handling

Your WeWork Mailing Address

Your mailing address is your WeWork building address plus your suite or office number. This is listed in the app under Account > Mailing Address. Use this address on business registrations and correspondence.

Receiving Mail

  • Standard letters and small envelopes are held at the front desk.
  • You will receive an app notification when mail arrives.
  • Mail is held for up to 30 days. Uncollected mail may be returned to sender after this period.

Package Handling

  • Parcels and courier deliveries are accepted at the front desk during staffed hours.
  • You will receive a push notification via the app when a package arrives.
  • Large or oversized items may not be accepted — contact the community team in advance for oversized deliveries.
  • Packages are held for up to 7 days. Storage fees may apply after this period at some locations.

Collecting Packages

Present your access card or show your app notification to the front desk team to collect your item. For private office teams, an authorised team member can collect on behalf of colleagues.
