This article outlines the process for escalating complaints or complex issues related to different types of work passes.
General Escalation Process
Regardless of the type of work pass, the general escalation process typically involves the following steps:
- Identify the issue or complaint.
- Document the issue or complaint.
- Report the issue or complaint to the immediate supervisor.
- If the issue or complaint is not resolved, escalate it to the next level of management.
- If necessary, escalate the issue or complaint to the human resources department.
Types of Work Passes
There are several types of work passes, each with its own specific escalation process:
- Employment Pass
- S Pass
- Work Permit
- Personalised Employment Pass
- EntrePass
Escalation Process by Work Pass Type
