Activating a Singtel SIM Card

Steps to Activate a Singtel SIM Card
Step 1: Insert the SIM Card
Insert your Singtel SIM card into your device. The SIM card slot is usually located on the side or at the back of the device. Refer to your device's user manual if you are unsure.
Step 2: Turn on Your Device
Switch on your device. If the SIM card is inserted correctly, you should see 'Singtel' displayed as the network on your device.
Step 3: Activate the SIM Card
There are two methods to activate your Singtel SIM card:
Method 1: Online Activation
- Go to the Singtel website: www.singtel.com
- Hover over the 'Services' tab and click on 'Mobile'.
- Scroll down and click on 'Activate your SIM'.
- Follow the prompts to enter your SIM card details and personal information.
- Click 'Submit' to complete the activation process.
Method 2: Phone Activation
- Call Singtel's customer service hotline at 1688.
- Follow the voice prompts to activate your SIM card.
- Provide the necessary details when prompted.
Step 4: Confirmation
After successful activation, you will receive a confirmation message from Singtel. Restart your device and you should now be able to use your Singtel SIM card.
