How do I submit a claim?
You can submit your claim through our self-service portal. Simply upload photos of the incident and any invoices or receipts from the service provider. Our system will extract the relevant details for you to review before submitting.
What documents do I need?
You'll need the invoice or receipt from the roadside assistance provider, photos showing the issue (such as the damaged tyre or breakdown location), and your booking reference number.
How long does it take to process?
Once you've reviewed and confirmed the extracted details, most claims are processed within 2-3 business days. You'll receive updates via email as your claim progresses.
What if the extracted information is incorrect?
Before final submission, you'll see all the details our system has captured from your documents. You can edit any information that doesn't look right, ensuring everything is accurate before you submit.
Is there an excess or limit on claims?
Coverage limits and any applicable excess depend on the protection package you selected when booking. Check your rental agreement or contact us for specifics about your coverage.
What if I paid the service provider directly?
No problem. Upload your receipt and we'll reimburse eligible expenses to the payment method on file, minus any applicable excess.
