Step-by-Step Process
1. Collect Item Details
el date, and PNR. Provide the item type along with its dimensions and weight, and attach a photo if available. Clearly indicate whether the item requires preauthorisation by marking “Requires Preauthorisation – Yes” or “No.” You may also include any special notes, such as “Requires police permit” or “Waiting on ops clearance.”
4. Notify Baggage Operations
Send case ID to baggage_ops@niceairlines.com or flag in internal chat.
Mark urgency based on departure date.
5. Follow Up with Customer

Inform customer of expected review time (24–48 hrs)

Provide approval status and fee breakdown when confirmed

Advise on packaging and check-in requirements
