EC261/UK261 Compensation (EU or UK Departures)

Step-by-Step

  1. Confirm origin airport is within EU/UK.

  2. If flight was cancelled, delayed >5h, or boarding denied, customer may claim.

  3. Email customer EC Claim Form from ETT or link to online form:

  4. Create case in EC Claims Portal:

    • Attach boarding pass, passport, and delay confirmation

    • Flag case as “EC261 Eligible – Pending Review”

  5. Update Phoenix CRM with comp claim ID and customer contact details.
