War or military activities is self-explanatory - any injuries or accidents related to acts of war, combat, or military service would not be eligible for reimbursement under this insurance plan.
5. Claims Process
You must submit claims within 30days of the accident
You should provide as many details as you can about the other vehicles/people involved, the location, time, road/weather conditions etc.
For the necessary documents, you will need to submit things like a copy of your insurance details, any estimates for vehicle repairs, and original itemized bills or receipts for any medical expenses you incurred. For medical bills, you may need a letter from your doctor describing your injuries and treatment as well.
The 15 business day processing period is an estimate - it may be processed sooner. During this time the insurance company will review all the details and documents provided to determine liability and coverage for your claim. They may contact you or others involved for additional information as needed during their investigation.
6. Cancellations
If you cancel your policy you will not be able to get a refund on premiums paid.
