How do I take container from Port?

You can pay container payment using DP world Payment and nominate the haulier at the same time. Nominated haulier or Importer can make eToken using Token Generation Services.   

Steps to Follow: 

• Go to www.dubaitrade.ae and log in to your username and password. 
• Click on Request, DP world Payment. 
• Search by Declaration number or Date Range wise to continue the DPW world Payments and nominate the haulier at the payment time. 
• Haulier or Importer can make eToken, Request >> eToken Generation 
• Outbound Containers (FCL OUT): enter the FCL import container number(s). 
• Assigned to registered truck and time slot to pick the container from the port.  

Note: 

• You can use only registered truck with Port 
• You can register your company with Port as a Haulier using www.dubaitrade.ae , Service Centre, DP world, Registration Tools, fill-up the application for registration as Haulier. Upon registration approval, you can login your Dubai Trade and register your truck using Request >> Truck Registration 
• If the token is active status, then only you can cancel your token. If token is expired, you need to approach Documentation Port counter to cancel the expired token 
• EIR (Equipment Interchange Receipt) is the confirmation of the receipt after the job completion against the eToken.   

• EIR is considered as a Gate Pass to take the container out from Port within 12 HRS of the issuance.  
• Driver can print EIR from the Terminal gate or Haulier can print EIR through Dubai Trade login service. 
• If EIR is expired, container not allowed to pass FZE security gate, you need to make Gate Pass from Counter with clear justification. If EIR is expired due to Customs Inspection or Municipality Inspection delay, haulier or importer can process eGate pass using Dubai Trade.
