How to Unlock a Locked Dubai Trade Account
Why Does an Account Get Locked?
Your Dubai Trade account may become temporarily locked due to:
- Multiple failed login attempts.
- Security violations (e.g., suspicious activity).
- Expired user credentials or inactivity.
Step 1: Wait for Automatic Unlocking
- Dubai Trade applies a temporary lock after multiple failed attempts.
- Wait 15-30 minutes and try logging in again.
Step 2: Use the "Forgot Password" Feature
- Go to the Dubai Trade login page.
- Click "Forgot Password?"
- Follow the password reset steps (refer to Guide 1).
- Try logging in with your new password.
Step 3: Contact Dubai Trade Support
If your account remains locked:
- Call Dubai Trade’s customer support helpline at 600 55 55 54.
- Provide your registered email, trade license number, or Emirates ID for verification.
- Request an account unlock.
- If needed, Dubai Trade may send a verification link to your email to confirm your identity.
Step 4: Prevent Future Account Lockouts
- Ensure you remember your password or store it securely.
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if Dubai Trade offers it.
- Avoid using incorrect credentials multiple times in a row.

If your account is locked due to a security issue, Dubai Trade may require document verification before unlocking it.
