Bespoke Family Plan - Agent Guide
Plan Overview
The Bespoke Family Plan allows customers on Bespoke Flexi, Bespoke Contract and Bespoke SIM-only to share their plan's data/talk-time/SMS bundle with their loved ones. Each Bespoke Family Line comes with 40GB, 100 Mins and 100 SMS which can be shared with the Main Line and other Bespoke Family Lines.

- Non-shareable entitlement will be deducted first before shareable entitlement

- Wef 15 April 2024, can sign up for up to 9 family lines tag to 1 main line and a total of 10 lines (family + non-family lines) per NRIC
- Family lines are not applicable for CORI benefits (eg. Free roaming subscription)

Terms & Conditions
- Bespoke Family Plan is open to eligible customers with an active Bespoke Sim-only Plan, Bespoke Contract Plan, Bespoke Flexi Plan, Bespoke SIM-only (Business) Plan, Bespoke Contract (Business) Plan or Bespoke Flexi (Business) Plan.
- To enjoy the Bespoke Family Plan, eligible customers must select an eligible main line ("Main Line") and add one or more eligible mobile lines ("Family Lines") under the Bespoke Family Plan.
- The Main Line and the Family Lines within a Bespoke Family Plan may share the local data, local talktime and local SMS bundles in the eligible sharing pool among themselves.
- Family Lines are SIM-only post-paid mobile plan, which comes with allocated local data, local talktime and local SMS bundles that may be shared among the lines in the Bespoke Family Plan. All charges (including any excess usage charges) incurred by the Family Lines will be billed under the Main Line's billing account.
- Customers who sign up for Family Lines are required to have an active Bespoke Sim-only Plan, Bespoke Contract Plan, Bespoke Flexi Plan, Bespoke SIM-only (Business) Plan, Bespoke Contract (Business) Plan or Bespoke Flexi (Business) Plan as their Main Line at all times.
- For the avoidance of doubt, all applicable terms and conditions (including any minimum commitment period) of the customer's Main Line remain unchanged and shall continue to apply, unless otherwise stated by M1.
- In the event the customer's Main Line is changed to an ineligible bill plan or terminated for any reason, all Family Line(s) under that Bespoke Family Plan will be automatically converted to a Bespoke SIM-only Plan as set out in the relevant service application forms and applicable M1's terms and conditions for the relevant Family Line, unless otherwise determined by M1 at its sole discretion.
- The applicable rate of discount on the monthly subscription charges for the Family Lines depends on the number of Family Lines signed-up for and maintained under the Bespoke Family Plan and is determined on a monthly basis at each bill cycle.
- Bespoke Family Plan is not valid for customers whose mobile lines are registered under business/company's name. Customers on unlimited data plan are also not eligible for the Bespoke Family Plan.
- For the avoidance of doubt, all add-ons, including without limitation, 5Go Plus, 5Go Access, Unlimited Weekend, Bundle Packs, Data Passport, $10.19 Talktime and SMS Pack and other add-ons, have to be subscribed for under each individual line in the Bespoke Family Plan and are not shareable across any of the lines under the Bespoke Family Plan, unless otherwise stated by M1.
- For the avoidance of doubt, subscription to and use of add-ons are subject to applicable terms and conditions, as well as applicable registration and eligibility criteria.
- Eligibility for the Bespoke Family Plan (including eligibility of each Family Line to be added/sign-up for) shall be subject to M1's registration guidelines prevailing from time to time and shall be determined by M1 at its sole discretion.
- M1 reserves the right to amend or vary these terms and conditions at any time. M1 will where it is practicable to do so, give you advance notice (which may be through written notice, email, letters, M1 website, bills or such other forms as M1 deems appropriate) of such changes.
- All goods and services are subject to M1 registration guidelines, General Terms & Conditions and other applicable specific terms and conditions available at www.m1.com.sg.
- In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms, such conflict or inconsistency shall, in the absence of any express agreement to the contrary, be resolved in a manner most favourable to M1, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable laws.

Upgrade of Family Lines (Wef 26 May 2022, R24)

Family lines cannot upgrade to Bespoke SIM-Only, Bespoke Contract or Bespoke Flexi Plans

Family lines can recontract to Bespoke SIM-only and Bespoke Contract via the following channels:

Recontract Scenarios and Conditions
Family Lines recontract to Bespoke SIM-only plan:
Upon line recontract, the usage and family line entitlement will be removed from Family shared pool entitlement immediately.
- The number of family lines count will be re-determined before next bill cycle with the updated discount for the remaining family lines in the group (Reduced by 1 line)
- The family group shareable entitlement will also be updated (Removed the Family entitlement which recontracted to Bespoke SIM-Only Plan)
Family Line recontract to Bespoke Contract:
Generally, when a line recontracts, the new entitlements are configured to start from next day, at 0000hrs. Until then, usage will consume from existing plan bundle

Known Issues
Main Line Re-contract
If the main line re-contract and it involves a change in plan type, the shareable data pool will not be updated. Triaga team will do manual patching. Inform customers that it will be updated after 3 working days upon order completion.

Family Line Termination
If the last Family Line is terminated with other Family Line(s) on the same day, system is not able to recognise that the Family Group needs to be terminated and the Main Line to go back to standalone plan.
Impact:
- We will not be able to view the entitlement of the Main Line in Agent Console and My M1+ App
- If customer is on Bespoke Contract with Plan Add-on or Bespoke SIM-only with extra data, the Plan Add-on and extra data is not added to the plan entitlement automatically.
Interim Measure:
Daily scan to patch the impacted Main Lines. Patching is on a daily basis as well.
Both Agent Console and My M1+ App cannot see the main line data bundle upon last family line termination
