How can I know which training and development opportunities I can apply for?
Once you create a profile, available opportunities will be displayed. You can view reasons for ineligibility by checking the criteria marked with a cross.
What is the difference between an Apprenticeship opportunity and an On-the-job training opportunity?
Apprenticeships are offered by private and semi-private companies, while On-the-job training is offered by private sectors only. Each has different eligibility criteria.
What financial support amount will I be eligible for if I get accepted into an Apprenticeship or On-the-job training?
An Apprenticeship offers a monthly allowance of AED 5,000, while On-the-job training support depends on your education level.
Will I need to pay for participating in Talent Program certificate courses?
No, Talent Program courses are free to all eligible users.
What is the selection procedure for the Talent Program?
Once you apply, your application is reviewed by a course provider. Some cases may involve pre-assessment depending on the certificate you selected.
I am a job seeker and cannot access any of the Talent Program offers. What can I do?

I am currently employed in the private sector and want to apply to the National Healthcare Program. Why can't I?
The program is aimed at unemployed candidates holding high school diplomas as a minimum.
Are there new educational institutions and additional specializations?
Nafis partnered with leading institutions to offer specializations, including Higher Colleges of Technology and more, across various regions.
Do students enrolled in the National Healthcare Programs pay tuition fees? Do they receive stipends?
Students enrolled in the program do not pay tuition fees and will receive a stipend based on their GPA and academic progress.
