Notifications Setup
Customize which alerts you receive:

Mobile Deposit Feature
1 Select "Deposit" from menu
2 Choose destination account
3 Enter cheque amount
4 Photo front and back of cheque
5 Confirm and submit
Limits: Mobile deposits limited to $25,000 per day, $100,000 per month.
Troubleshooting
App keeps logging me out
Check your auto-logout settings. You can extend the timeout to 10 minutes in Security Settings. Also ensure your device time/date is set to automatic.
Can't see recent transactions
Pull down to refresh the screen. If issues persist, log out and back in. Transactions may take up to 1 business day to appear.
Biometric login not working
Re-enable biometric login in app settings. You may need to update your device's biometric data if you've recently re-enrolled fingerprints or face data.
