- A valid photo ID (NRIC/FIN/Passport)
- Your mobile device
- Access to SMS or email for verification
Activation Methods
Method 1: Online Activation (Recommended)
- Visit activate.starhub.com on your computer or mobile browser
- Enter your mobile number and SIM card serial number (found on the SIM card holder)
- Upload a clear photo of your ID for verification
- Complete the identity verification process
- Wait for the confirmation SMS (usually within 15 minutes)
- Insert your SIM card and restart your phone
