How to activate your membership
Follow these steps to activate your WeWork membership and get access to all member benefits.
Step 1: Check your email
After signing up, you'll receive a welcome email from WeWork with your activation link. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from noreply@wework.com.
Step 2: Set up your account
Click the activation link in your email and follow the prompts to create your password and complete your profile.
Step 3: Verify your identity
You may be asked to verify your identity with a government-issued ID. Upload a clear photo of your ID when prompted.
Step 4: Confirm your membership plan
Review your selected membership plan and billing details. Confirm everything looks correct before proceeding.
Step 5: Access your keycard or digital access
Once activated, you can pick up your physical keycard at the front desk of your home location, or enable digital access through the WeWork app.
