Your first day at a WeWork location

Welcome to WeWork! Here's what to expect on your first visit.

Arriving at the building

Use your keycard or the WeWork app to access the building. If you haven't received your keycard yet, check in at the front desk and the Community Team will assist you.

Checking in with the Community Team

Stop by the front desk to introduce yourself. The Community Team can give you a tour, answer questions, and help you get set up. They're your go-to resource for anything you need during your time at WeWork.

Finding your space

  • Hot desk members: Choose any available unassigned desk in the open workspace area.
  • Dedicated desk members: Your desk is reserved for you — look for your name or the desk number assigned in your welcome email.
  • Private office members: Your office number will be in your welcome email. The Community Team can show you to your office on your first day.

Amenities to know about

  • Wi-Fi: Connect to the WeWork network. Credentials are posted at the front desk and in the app.
  • Printing: Printers are available on each floor. Setup instructions are on the printer or available from the Community Team.
  • Kitchen and coffee: Complimentary coffee, tea, and water are available in the kitchen areas.
  • Phone booths: Book phone booths through the app for private calls.
  • Conference rooms: Reserve conference rooms through the WeWork app.

Getting connected

Join the WeWork member network through the app to connect with other members, access the member directory, and stay informed about events at your location.
