Guest passes explained
Guest passes allow you to bring visitors into a WeWork location as your guests. Here's how they work.
What is a guest pass?
A guest pass is a one-day access credential that lets a non-member visit you at your WeWork location. Guests can use common areas and shared amenities for the duration of their visit.
How many guest passes do I get?
The number of guest passes included with your membership depends on your plan:
- All Access: A limited number of guest passes per month (check your plan details in the app).
- Dedicated Desk: Typically includes a set number of guest passes per month.
- Private Office: Guest passes are included and may be higher allowance depending on office size.
Additional guest passes can be purchased through the WeWork app if you exceed your monthly allowance.
How to issue a guest pass
- Open the WeWork app and go to Guests.
- Tap Invite Guest.
- Enter your guest's name and email address.
- Select the date of visit and the WeWork location.
- Tap Send Invite. Your guest will receive an email with their access details.
What can guests access?
Guests can access common areas including lounges, kitchens, and meeting areas. They cannot access member-only floors or reserved desks without a separate booking. Guests must be accompanied by or pre-registered by the member who invited them.
Guest pass expiry
Guest passes are valid for the date specified only. Unused passes do not roll over to the following month.
