Welcome to WeWork — Your First Day Guide

Welcome to WeWork. This guide walks you through everything you need to know on your first day so you can settle in quickly and make the most of your membership.

Before You Arrive

  • Download the WeWork Member App (available on iOS and Android). You will use this to book meeting rooms, raise support requests, and manage your account.
  • Check your welcome email for your building address, floor details, and any access instructions specific to your location.
  • If your company has an Account Manager at WeWork, introduce yourself — they can help resolve any issues quickly.

Arriving at the Building

  1. Use the main entrance designated for WeWork members. This is usually signposted in the lobby.
  2. Tap your access card or use the WeWork app to unlock the turnstiles or door. If your card has not been activated yet, reception can assist.
  3. Head to the WeWork floor listed in your welcome email. A community manager will be available at the front desk to greet you.

Getting Settled

  • Hot desks: Find any open desk in the common area. Desks are first-come, first-served unless you have a dedicated desk or private office.
  • Private offices: Your office number and any door code will be in your welcome email.
  • Lockers: Day-use lockers are available at most locations. Check the app or ask at the front desk for availability.
