Understanding Your Membership Plan
WeWork offers several membership types to suit different working styles and team sizes. This article explains the main plan options, what is included, and how to find the details of your current plan.

What Is Included in All Plans
- High-speed Wi-Fi
- Access to common areas, kitchens, and breakout spaces
- Monthly credits for meeting room bookings (amount varies by plan)
- Printing (black and white pages included; colour charged separately)
- Mail handling at your WeWork address
- Access to the WeWork Member App
- Community events and networking opportunities
Understanding Your Monthly Credits
Most membership plans include a monthly allocation of credits used to book meeting rooms. Credits are:
- Allocated at the start of each billing cycle
- Non-transferable and do not roll over to the next month
- Visible in the WeWork app under Account > Credits
If you exhaust your credits, additional room bookings are charged at the prevailing rate for your location.
Viewing Your Plan Details
- Open the WeWork app.
- Tap your profile icon in the top right.
- Select Membership to view your plan type, home location, billing date, and included credits.
To discuss a plan change, contact your Account Manager or visit the Membership section of the app.
