How do I submit a claim?
You can submit a claim through:
- Nice+ Mobile App: Upload documents directly through the app
- Online Portal: Visit www.niceinsurance.com.sg/claims
- Email: Send completed claim forms to claims@niceinsurance.com.sg
- Mail: Post to Nice Insurance Claims Department, 3 Tampines Grande #09-01, Singapore 528799
- In-Person: Visit any Nice Insurance branch
What documents do I need for a medical claim?
For medical claims, please prepare:
- Completed claim form
- Original medical receipts
- Medical report from attending doctor
- Discharge summary (for hospitalization)
- NRIC/passport copy
- Bank account details for direct deposit
How long does claim processing take?
- Simple claims: 5-7 working days
- Complex claims: 10-14 working days
- Claims requiring investigation: Up to 30 working days
You'll receive SMS/email updates on your claim status.
Can I check my claim status?
Yes, you can check claim status via:
- Nice+ app (Real-time updates)
- Online portal with your policy number
- Call 1800-NICE-888 with your claim reference number
- Email claimstatus@niceinsurance.com.sg
What is e-LOG (Electronic Letter of Guarantee)?
e-LOG allows cashless admission at panel hospitals. We settle the bill directly with the hospital, and you only pay the deductible and co-insurance amount upon discharge.
