What payment methods are available?
- GIRO: Automatic monthly deduction
- Credit/Debit Card: Via app or online portal
- PayNow: Using our UEN 201234567M
- Bank Transfer: Include policy number as reference
- Cash/NETS: At any Nice Insurance branch
- Cheque: Payable to "Nice Insurance Singapore"
My GIRO deduction failed. What should I do?
- You have a 30-day grace period to make payment
- Pay via alternative methods immediately
- Update your GIRO details if bank account changed
- Contact us if you need payment assistance
Can I change my payment frequency?
Yes, you can change between:
- Monthly
- Quarterly
- Semi-annual
- Annual
Submit request via app or "Change of Payment Mode" form.
