How do I update my contact details?
Update your details through:
- Nice+ app under "Profile Settings"
- Online portal "Update Details" section
- Download and submit the "Change of Particulars" form
- Call our hotline
- Visit any branch with your NRIC
I lost my policy document. How do I get a replacement?
- Download instantly from Nice+ app
- Request via online portal (PDF will be emailed)
- Call hotline for physical copy (mailing fee may apply)
- Collect from any branch
How do I add/change my beneficiary?
- Complete the "Nomination of Beneficiaries" form
- Submit via Nice+ app, email, or branch
- Both policyholder and witness signatures required
- Changes take effect within 3 working days
