Update your details through:

  • Nice+ app under "Profile Settings"
  • Online portal "Update Details" section
  • Download and submit the "Change of Particulars" form
  • Call our hotline
  • Visit any branch with your NRIC

I lost my policy document. How do I get a replacement?

  • Download instantly from Nice+ app
  • Request via online portal (PDF will be emailed)
  • Call hotline for physical copy (mailing fee may apply)
  • Collect from any branch

How do I add/change my beneficiary?

  • Complete the "Nomination of Beneficiaries" form
  • Submit via Nice+ app, email, or branch
  • Both policyholder and witness signatures required
  • Changes take effect within 3 working days
