Am I able to bring power bank onboard?

You may bring a power bank onboard Scoot flights, but it is not permitted in checked baggage.

Please be informed that from 01 April 2025, charging portable power banks via in-seat power or USB ports, or using power banks to charge your personal devices, will not be allowed for the duration of the flight.

Power banks with a capacity of up to 100Wh may be brought onboard without special approval. If you are carrying a power bank between 100Wh and 160Wh, please approach a ground handling colleague at the Scoot check-in counter on your departure date for the necessary approval.
