Can I bring stroller onboard?
Strollers can be carried onboard into the aircraft cabin if they meet the following criteria:
- Must be compact, foldable, and lightweight.
- Must meet Scoot's standard cabin bag dimensions (total of length, width, and height must not exceed 115 cm).
- Must be able to be stored in the cabin overhead compartment or under the seat in front of you.
- Must be folded and securely packed in a suitable carrier bag or protective cover before boarding. Inappropriately packed strollers may accidentally deploy while onboard.
- Must not be opened or used in the aircraft cabin at any time.
If you are travelling with an infant or child, strollers do not count toward your cabin baggage allowance. If there is insufficient space onboard or if your stroller does not meet the above requirements, ground staff may require you to check it in at the aerobridge. This will also not count toward your checked baggage allowance.
For more information on strollers, please refer to Scoot's travel information page.
In certain circumstances, your baggage may need to be offloaded due to safety, weight, or balance considerations. In such cases, Scoot’s liability will be governed by applicable conventions and the provisions outlined in Scoot’s Conditions of Carriage.
