Can I bring Zamzam on my Jeddah flights?

Please note that for flights departing Jeddah, a maximum of 5-litre Zamzam will be allowed per pilgrim. The Zamzam must be purchased from the authorised vendors located at Jeddah Airport (Terminal 1). It is not allowed as hand-carry or inside check-in baggage and must be checked in due to liquid, aerosol, and gel restrictions. Please approach our check-in agents for assistance with the Zamzam check-in process.

In certain circumstances, your baggage may need to be offloaded due to safety, weight, or balance considerations. In such cases, Scoot’s liability will be governed by applicable conventions and the provisions outlined in Scoot’s Conditions of Carriage.
