How do I make a one-time payment on my policy?

You can make a one-time payment through internet banking. Log in to your bank, select 'Chubb Life' as the payee, enter your payment amount, and include your policy number as the reference.

What payment methods are accepted for premiums?

We accept Direct Debit from your bank account and Credit Card Direct Debit. Both options can be set up for automatic recurring payments on your chosen frequency (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly). To set up or change payment methods requires account verification.

I missed a payment - what should I do?

If you've missed a payment, you can make an immediate catch-up payment via internet banking to 'Chubb Life' with your policy number as reference. Alternatively, call us to arrange a double deduction on your next scheduled date.

How do I check my payment history?

You can view your payment history by logging into your online account at www.chubb.co.nz. Navigate to 'My Policy' then 'Payment History' to see all transactions.

Can I pay my annual premium in installments?

Yes, you can choose to pay weekly, fortnightly, or monthly instead of annually. Log into your online account and select 'Payment Options' to change your payment frequency.

When will my payment be deducted?

Log into your online account at www.chubb.co.nz and check 'Payment Schedule' under 'My Policy'. This shows all upcoming payment dates.

Can I make an advance payment?

Yes, you can make advance payments anytime through internet banking to 'Chubb Life' using your policy number as reference. This will credit your account for future premiums.
