How can I get my UAE Pass?

Please download the UAE Pass mobile application and create an account. Afterwards, you will need to authenticate your Emirates ID and verify your information.

How can I register if I lose my UAE Pass?

If you have lost your UAE Pass account, please go to selfcare.uaepass.ae/account-recovery and follow the instructions to recover your account.

How can I correct my personal information?

After Emirates ID authentication, you can modify your personal information in the UAE Pass app and it will automatically reflect on Nafis. If you face any challenges, contact the UAE Pass Customer Service Center.

Nafis will also update your profile if, for example, you were unemployed when you signed up and later found a job or apprenticeship. You can update your info anytime via the “My Account” page.

Am I required to pay any fees to participate?

No. Nafis aims to offer an encouraging environment that enables you to access available job opportunities without any charges or fees.

I am an Emirati employed in a company based in an Emirates free zone. Can I still benefit from Nafis initiatives?

Employees of free-zone companies can register under the same conditions as other users and apply for the same benefits. However, free-zone profiles must be verified and approved by a Nafis administrator before submission.

Does the decree cover part-time employees?

Yes, the decree accounts for part-time employees.

Why do I get a notification that I am ineligible for some initiatives on the “My Benefits” page?

Each initiative has eligibility criteria. If your registered data doesn’t meet them, you’ll see an “Ineligible” notification plus a checklist showing which criteria you did and did not fulfil.

Financial benefits

How can I claim the benefits of the Emirati salary support scheme?

You can submit a request via Nafis after verifying your data and meeting conditions (valid private-sector contract, no shareholding at the training/work site). Once approved, benefits transfer to your prepaid card as a salary top-up at month-end. For details, go to “Your Benefits” and click “Emirati Salary Support Scheme.”

Will the Emirati salary support scheme be only for new joiners or also for current private-sector employees?

It applies to all Emirati employees in the private sector, free zones, banking, financial and insurance sectors once requests are submitted via the platform and eligibility is confirmed.

After confirming your eligibility on the platform, benefits transfer to your prepaid card monthly, based on number of children and your salary. See “My Benefits” → “Child Allowance Scheme” for more.

Will the allowance cover all my children, even if I have more than four?

The child allowance applies to a maximum of four children.

Is it possible to claim the child allowance if one spouse works in the public sector while the other works in the private sector?

The benefit is provided to only one member of a married couple, and that must be a private-sector employee who meets all eligibility criteria.

How can I apply for the Pension Program?

Request the benefit on the platform after confirming eligibility. For criteria, visit “Your Benefits” → “Pension Program.”

Unemployment and job search

I have lost my job in the private sector; how can I apply for the Unemployment Benefit program?

I am already registered in AeJobs portal or other local job portals. Do I need to register here as well?

Nafis is your one-stop shop for all program benefits. To access Nafis initiatives, Emirates must register here. Use any other platform to find jobs, but register on Nafis for benefits.

For Apprenticeships, upon validation, you can apply for a monthly allowance of AED 5,000. For On-the-job training, support varies by education level. See “My Benefits” for details.

Will I need to pay for participating in Talent Program certificate courses?

No, Talent Program courses are free for all eligible users.

What is the selection procedure for the Talent Program?

After selecting a course, you’ll answer a provider’s questionnaire and click “Apply.” The provider evaluates and notifies you by email. Accepted candidates may have a second pre-assessment. The provider will contact you with next steps.
