How can we get the UAE Pass?
Please download the UAE Pass mobile application and create an account. Afterwards, you will need to authenticate your Emirates ID and verify your information.
Is it possible to register more than one representative for the company?
Yes, it is possible to have several representatives for the same company. You can add a representative by going to the “My Company” page and selecting “Manage company representatives.”
Is it possible to have more than one company registered per user account?
Yes. Once you are verified as a partner, you can go to the “My Company” page and click “Add new company.” After filling out the company’s information, you will be able to switch between your company accounts using the tabs on “My Company” and “Company Vacancies.” You can also be added as a representative to multiple companies and use those same tabs to switch.
Am I required to pay any fees to participate?
No. Nafis aims to offer an encouraging environment that enables you to reach out to Emirati job seekers.
Financial benefits
How can companies claim the benefits of Nafis?
You can register on Nafis and receive the program benefits via the “Partner Benefits” page. You’ll provide your company’s payment details, and once validated by a Nafis administrator, you’ll automatically start receiving benefits.
Which companies can claim the partner pension rebate?
This benefit is for private-sector companies that hire Emirati employees after 13 September 2021 and pay them less than AED 20,000 monthly salary. Nafis will rebate eligible companies the percentage of their contribution to GPSSA or ADRPBF.
Job offers
How many job openings can our company post annually?
There are no minimum or maximum limits for the number of jobs you can post.
Can our company remove a job post if we could not find the right candidate within a specific time?
Yes. Partners can edit, add, or remove job postings on the Nafis platform.
In case the job candidate did not show up for the interview, what should the company do next?
You may cancel or proceed with the recruitment process at your discretion.
Is the partnership/participation with Nafis voluntary or mandatory?
While companies are encouraged to join Nafis, creating a company account on the Nafis platform is not mandatory.
Are the recruitment targets calculated based on the Tawteen Partner Club membership or actual headcount?
Targets are based on your actual number of employees, per the terms shared during your introductory session. For more info, please contact the Customer Service Center.
What are the incentives that encourage companies to join Nafis program?
Companies that join Nafis enjoy:

How many access channels will be made available? Can we see our job applicants?
Your company gets one partner account, which any designated representative can use. On the Company Vacancies page, all reps can review applications and résumés of job seekers.
Will we be required to provide feedback about candidates?
Yes. You’ll need to respond to applicants about their vacancy status.
What is the next step after we fill in job openings via the available links? What happens next?
Posted openings go live on the platform, and candidates apply via Nafis. Companies then contact shortlisted candidates and proceed with recruitment, updating status periodically.
What are the next steps once a candidate is selected within the job offers program?
The company conducts the recruitment process and periodically updates the status of announced job openings.
Training and development initiatives
Which company types can post Apprenticeship opportunities?
Private and semi-public companies in the UAE can post Apprenticeship opportunities on Nafis. On-the-job training roles are posted by private companies only.
What training permit is required once a company fills an Apprenticeship or On-the-job position?
After hiring an Emirati for an Apprenticeship or On-the-job role, the company must issue a training permit via the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation. Benefits are activated only post-validation.
Which company types can post Talent Program certificate courses?
Only approved Talent Program Partners may provide certificate courses on Nafis. Any organization with course capacity can apply to become a partner under contract.
Which educational institute types can post academic & vocational programs under the National Healthcare initiative?
Only National Healthcare Program Partners may offer accredited academic & specialized vocational programs. Accredited institutions can apply to join under a contractual agreement.
