Enabling Roaming Services
For Postpaid Customers
Roaming is automatically enabled. To verify or manage settings:
- Open the StarHub app
- Go to "Manage Services"
- Select "Roaming Services"
- Toggle on "Voice Roaming" and "Data Roaming"
- Set your preferred roaming credit limit
For Prepaid Customers
Note: Prepaid customers need to activate roaming and maintain sufficient balance.
- Dial *123# and select "Roaming Services"
- Or SMS "ACT ROAM" to 7000
- Ensure minimum $10 balance for activation
