Emirati Salary Support Scheme

Brief description

The Emirati salary support scheme aims to support the salaries of Emirati Nationals wishing to work and get involved in training programs in the private sector and employed for a full-time job are eligible for a top-up of the difference between their salary and the relevant target salary,no greater than a specified ceiling amount.

Eligibility Criteria

• First taking into account the general conditions for the UAE National to benefit from Nafis that are stated in the website FAQs
• Currently employed in the private sector/financial sector
• Currently earning up to 30,000 AED per month.
• The National should not receive any salary form any government entity either local or federal, or any retirement salary unless it is earned as an inheritance
• Salaries should be payed through the wage’s protection system or any other official payment methods
• Having an active pension contribution with either ADRPBF or GPSSA
• Pension contribution is paid for the last 2 months
• Not owning shares in the establishment in which they work
• Currently not enrolled in National Healthcare program through NAFI
